Initial impression was good, staff seemed attentive and the salon was clean. My therapist Irsa was very friendly and professional. However shortly after my treatment started my therapist was told but a colleague that another appointment had been booked in an hours time (I believe due to staff absence) and so she needed to get finished in time which resulted in my treatment being rushed. I thought this was really unprofessional of the other member of staff to publicly announce in front of client
