Saima is always very warm, welcoming and professional. The massage was unhurried and she concentrated on areas where there was tension as well as a full lovely, deep tissue back massage. The room and massage couch were warm and comfortable. Saima's treatments are excellent she is very skilled and I always feel like I have had a good treatment, thorough and therapeutic as well as deeply relaxing. I had a facial too with a a really good face massage.
