I always have a great experience at Beauty Lounge. I was pleasantly surprised that they had availability last minute, in the week before Christmas! Booking was seamless, all of the staff are friendly and very efficient!

Had this treatment several times before but not with this lady. The eyebrow tint wore off much quicker, it only lasted 6 days. Disappointed.

Sonal is always the person I book because she makes me feel comfortable (I have scars and she’s always been nice about them and takes extra care to ask if pressure is okay when she’s massaging my scars)and also we always have a laugh when I say she’s gonna hate me when I haven’t been in for a while as I have a giant stubborn knot on my neck that I ideally need to come in often for but I can’t afford it so we joke about how the knot is back! I hope she gets recognition for being amazing
