So, where to begin… Firstly, I should state, it was only £20 so bare that in mind. Booked a couples pamper hour with a choice of 2 x 30 minute. Upon arrival we were pointed towards a sofa with little instruction or details being taken. When the first treatment started my partner DIDN’T get a choice of treatments, she was told it was a head massage. wasn’t the best but not terrible. After it finish we were told we only had 1 massage and could now leave. Terrible customer service at a good price.

Sonal is always so warm and friendly and did a fantastic facial. My skin felt rejuvenated and afterwards. Butterfly Allure and the Team are great at creating a calming atmosphere which is just what you need after a stressful few weeks!
