I booked for 1pm, on the morning of the booking rec’d text to say changed to 12.45pm, then rec’d phone call at 12.25pm could I go straight away, which I couldn’t. Turned up at 12.45pm to be told I had to wait 15 mins.
This keeps happening, and I’m afraid that you’ll loose customers if it continues.

Have had several gel manicures here and they last really well, Never seem to chip which is unusual. Technician is always efficient and thorough. Gel is perfectly applied. Ladies are very friendly and professional and work hard to give a great service.
