I have a major complaint as my eyebrow wax took off and cut my skin underneath my brows. I thought the wax was slightly hot and stung a little when taken off but I had not expected to see cuts from the wax when I got home which are really concerning me as they look awful and I am worrying about scarring due to this negligent treatment. I will be in touch after my return from abroad to raise this with the manager.
