Appointment was 30 mins late, due to book system not giving Hira who was the only waxer time to complete all her clients efficiently. I booked as was short on time and needed to be in and out quickly, but ended up being there for 40 mins. Not Hiras fault at all, but definitely not ideal as a client
When I arrived I was informed that the member of staff doing my treatment had called in sick.
This resulted in a 20min wait for Hannah to become available (she was covering for the other member of staff and also her own customers). I was offered to return another day or have a shortened appointment. I had travelled 30mins for my appointment so I wanted to go ahead. Hannah was great and squeezed in the whole treatment, but the overall experience was not relaxing due to the delay.
