Appt did not go ahead as another customer who had an issue was seen first which was not explained to me but I assumed from overhearing. Waited 20 minutes but could not wait any longer. Requests for refund were apparently ignored. Disappointing

If anyone is looking to have their nails done then I would highly recommend. The therapist I had ( Vivienne) was excellent. The whole experience was great and as a bonus you get a back massage whilst your toes are being pampered.
