Pedicure brilliant. Massage very disappointing. Booked 1hr full body massage. Therapist 10 mins late for 2pm start, finished at 2.59,not the full hour. Outside very noisy with other staff- not relaxing. message not like any I’ve had, despite asking for firmer pressure was essentially like having cream rubbed on me with no muscle manipulation at all. She only did one side and did not ask me to turn over to do my arms or front of legs. Also told me she had a night job and had only had 1hr sleep
