I wanted to give this try this salon as it was new in the area. This is a new salon and they are still workng out processes but I found the staff very professional and helpful. Had waxing done which was good. Will be using again.
I arrived to be told that they didn't realise I had a booking and that the therapist wasn't even working that day. The therapist I did speak to had 30 mins spare in which she could have done the appointment herself, but instead told me that the colour I wanted was 'not nice' and didn't offer to squeeze me in, despite having travelled specifically for appointment. I'm sure this is not a reflection on all of the therapists/treatments, but make sure you call in advance. Very disappointed.

I found the treatment very rushed, the wax was to hot so instead of waiting for it to cool, the therapist decided to start going at my eyebrow with tweezers, and pulling at my skin. The therapist also shoved lots of what I think was an oil to calm my skin as the wax was hot, she didn’t ask me before hand if I was okay with what she was putting on my skin. On the form I filled out before I stated I had eczema. Overall I will not be using them again
