The lady put the cooling gel on and it ran in my eye she kept saying it’s only cooling gel like she couldn’t understand why it was stinging, she offered me a dry tissue to wipe it out but I feel they should have offered me at least a wet tissue to try and wash it out. She also asked me 3 times if I had paid which I had online which made me feel a little bit like she was insinuating I hadn’t, despite the other lady in there saying that they had the payment on the system.
