I was very pleased with my latest visit to the Beauty Lounge in Calcot. The salon was clean and tidy and the staff were well versed in the new covid regulations. I was very pleased with my tint and brow shape from Aisha. She was lovely.

Sat for 10 mins with absolutely noone there. Therapist was busy but I had no if she was even there. Didn't apologise for lateness. Then card machine was playing up - asked me to go and get cash. A bit inconvenient. Took way too much time.
