I turned up to my appointment and the shutters to the shop were down and the shop was dark and clearly closed. I checked my appointment thinking I’d got it wrong but no I had an appointment there and then but no one was there. I tried calling the number no one answered. I’ve called again today and still can’t get through. I’ve prepaid for my appointment but haven’t received the treatment so I’m not happy. I’d like someone to get in contact so we can sort this out. Thank you.

2nd time ive had my eyebrow waxing done there and both times they've been perfect. Not rushed at all as some places can be, Would definitely recommend A+
