It was a very busy day and my therapist was rushing between myself and another customer.

Chandita did a great job as usual and was very careful to do exactly as I asked - the finished result was perfect. The staff at the Beauty Lounge are always friendly and cheerful and I really enjoy my visits there. On this occasion Chandita was able to attend to me straight away, without an appointment, which was a bonus. My only reservation is that the venue could do with a bit of a refurbishment - it's looking a bit the worse for wear. But it's convenient and the prices are good.
