The only thing I don’t like is when I book to have pedicure or both manicure also, times keep getting changed, but nobody asks if that’s ok, and usually I book my appointments I have on my days off work, so I usually have several appointments through the days I’m off, ie dentist, dog grooming, doctors etc, so it makes me run late for any of the following I may have on that day. I would appreciate being contacted before hand not by emails so I can say if that’s ok or not.
