Didn't leave the bleach on for long enough, was left with orange banding. The stylist claimed this was the toner, but if that had been the case, it would have washed out quickly. Instead, I had to wait 6 weeks and then bleach this area again, which is not great for the condition of your hair. Would not recommend this stylist for a bleach.
