Had a haircut, that was ok. The staff was nice but the salon was not clean. The sinks and hair station were messy

Member of staff talked so much and did not check what I wanted at all. When we agreed a ‘couple of inches’ off my quite long hair, as she got round to the front it was a bob - I was devastated. Still waiting on a refund for more than 1 week
