I had high fever and throat infection on the day. I requested the salon to reschedule it to next week but they did not provide any alternative instead they insisted i visit the salon. Strange they are trying to compromise on client and staff safety.

This was my second time getting a haircut here and with Ylenia. She is fantastic, listens to what it is you want, makes suggestions if you don’t know and executes the vision to perfection. She does a great job and is really friendly and warm.
