Very disappointing and disrespectful.They are not telling any information and rules snd regulations before.only after doing payment they are telling like this and that which is unfair.
My hairstylist was lovely & i'm happy with my cut, but i had several problems with my experience. I didn't get the appointment with the stylist I had booked. I chose to book with a specific stylist based on her portfolio so that was a shame. Then when it came to payment, i was told to cancel the appointment through treatwell, i would 'be refunded', & then pay in cash. This is because they want to avoid treatwell fees. This was confusing & uncomfortable & not the point of booking with treatwell.
