Attended for the 1st time. Booking system works great. I called prior to confirm my hair length as it's shoulder length so to me it short but to some medium, so over the call I was advised to book for med.
When arrived, no one greeted me. Was a bit awkward as I didn't know how things work. After some time I was offered a seat and told to wait. The owner (I believe) was the first one who greeted me after checking booking.
Not happy with treatment experience at all, but not enough space to type
