The shampooing bit was weird and abit messy. The treatment they left it on my hair for 10-15minutes and then i was asked if they could “live” while they cut my hair. I didnt mind it as long as my face was not visible.
However that when it got weird - the stylists’ focus was more on the “live” instagram video than my hair. Went to get rid of split ends-s cut an inch off my hair and made it all straight at the bottom.Not very good finishing touch.Will not be going back unfortunately

Not the stylists for me,asked and showed an image and basically got a good trim, left unhappy with cut as i had said I didn’t like it. I needed my hair fixing after extreme damage. Recommendations contradicting. Didn’t need wash as hair was wet for washing myself, ended up getting an uncomfortable wash. Feels a little better in condition but seems like oil was the the attempt to make it look smoother rather then the cut I wanted
