i paid for a balayage but got a plain hair color done because she was quoting 100 pounds extra for roots and toner. the hair color is 75 pounds but i paid 105 . the owner refused to refund saying that the system does not allow it which is a lie

The girl, abbie, who was doing my haircut, did not have any idea how the layer cutting is done and when I was explaining her how I wanted my layers, she was being very impatient and rude. She ended up cutting my hair in one length.Very bad experience
