As I entered, the lady just sat there not even acknowledging me. Until another worker finally saw me and then the lady acknowledged me. When I sat down and asked for what I wanted, she couldn’t give the colour gloss because it wasn’t possible to happen due to me not having coloured highlighters or blonde hair. Which does make sense. When I did get my hair cut and wash, she made me stand for the entire haircut. I found this really unprofessional. And cut my hair 3x shorter than I asked for.

The salon was clean and wash and blow dry was fine but the stylist didn't listen to what I said. I told her I was growing my hair and didn't want much taking off and she took away 2 inches so I now have to grow my hair again. She needed to check how much I wanted off. She cut the back first and it was too short so I had to let her carry on. Please clarify very clearly how much you want cutting off.
