The staff and location was great, the only issue is my hair is very fine and the layers kinda thinned it out more rather than adding fullness

Deep Cleansing Facial
I won't return here again. The hairdresser kept telling me how tangled my hair was, this was after lathering shampoo into it for about 5 minutes and then roughly drying it with a towel so no wonder it was tangled, I had never seen it so tangled before. She was then very rough with my hair and my head when manoevering it around. She tied the gown so tightly round my neck that I couldn't breathe and had to ask for it to be loosened. I wasn't asked how I would like my hair blow dried, and after saying twice that I only wanted a light trim she cut my hair very short.
