Fazy barely spoke to me, except to tell me I was "too pale", and to ask what I want. When washing my hair she poked me in the eye with her finger, which I mentioned and she told me to close my eyes instead of apologising. I said what length I wanted, and showed her a picture to confirm, she cut it a lot shorter than I wanted, then after asking about the length she cut it shorter still! She was rough with my hair, and yanked a comb through some knots which hurt, after she said that my neck was red

Thank you Fazy for taking such good care when transforming my hair. Having always been blonde I was very nervous about toning it all down but I followed her advice and I couldnโt been happier. This place is a great little find.
