I asked for a cut and blow dry and in the end it took 2 other stylists to make it so I could walk out of the door upset I was supposed to be going to a dinner dance I had to cancel there was no way I could go with chunks cut out of the back of my hair. The lady in question should not be allowed loose with a pair of scissors again. As the senior stylist said there was nothing else she could have done as she couldn’t stick my hair back on.
