Booked in for a full set of gel nails for a special occasion. Within 48hrs two nails had come off and the remaining eight were chipped and lifting. Telephoned the salon and after leaving two messages no one had got back to me. On the third call I was offered another appointment. I had all nails removed. I was not offered a refund or any compensation. I am very disappointed in the quality of products and customer service. Would not recommend this salon in any way after my experience

First time visiting the beauty lounge for acrylic nails, highly recommend Katie, nail technician :)
Really enjoyed my visit. I especially appreciated how kind the lady was during my Brazilian wax. The breathing she recommended I did really reduced the pain.

Fantastic - this was my first visit to Beauty Lounge and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a gel mani with Nikki and she was very friendly and made me feel valued and relaxed. Very easy to talk to, too! We had a giggle and she also had time to do one acrylic gel nail, as I had broken one before my appt.
Have had the gels on for a week now and they're still as neat and flawless as they were when I had them done.
Will be coming back!
