Left the salon with the worst haircut I have ever received and ended up cutting the majority of it myself at home despite spending 90 minutes in the salon. The lady was lovely enough but clearly not confident in what I’d asked for and I wish she had just said so instead of trying to procrastinate and avoid cutting my hair. My hair was wonky, with long bits where they should be short and she just gave up in the end and didn’t even style my hair. My hood went up the moment I stepped out the shop.

Nicky D, is a professional, does an excellent job and takes care. Quite frankly regarding my eyebrow treatment, they looked as if I had had a microblading treatment my eyebrows looked so perfect.
