I was hesitant to do this review as I used to work in the beauty industry and did a bit of hairdressing myself too so I know bad reviews can knock confidence. I’ve been here a few times and always left v happy but last week I was there for just over 5 hours for t-section highlights and it shouldn’t have taken that long. I left with uneven highlights in terms of the weaves and copper roots. Sorry but more experience is needed and professionalism and I don’t think I’ll come back to this salon.
