The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are working really hard to adhere to the current guidelines, therefore I felt really safe and well cared for. Jenna did a great job with my hair and I had a lovely experience. Thank you beauty lounge

My scalp is badly chemically burned from the bleach because of how she applied it, harshly and rough, it was then washed off with hot water that did burn me also and had to request it to be turned down after asking for the water to be cold in the first place, there was hardly any consultation also. I don't even know what she washed my hair with. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back. I did an apprenticeship for 2 years so know what should be done when handling bleach, this was not how.
