There was a 4 year celebration of the salon happening whilst I was having my facial which was just a little loud- that said, this wouldn’t happen every week so I can’t really fault it! Aside from this the service and facial itself was absolutely faultless

I always like going to the beauty lounge. It's calm and luxurious in an area you might not expect. The treatment was great always asking if the pressure of the massage was right. Booking on the site was easy for me but the spa find it difficult to update so had to ring me to confirm the therapist as it was hard for them to correct it on the site.
