Booked balayage, cut and blow dry for medium hair (£183) via Treatwell. Attended a patch test where my hair was assessed and no extra costs were mentioned. On the day, I was told my hair was “extra long” and charged an additional £52. I was also charged on however many tubes of colour was used. This wasn’t disclosed on Treatwell or during consultation. Pricing should be made clear upfront, not added at the appointment. This ruined the overall experience.
