I can’t express enough how awful this treatment was. I’ve been getting waxes for 20 years and never had such a bad experience. I had to stop it. I’ve left with damaged skin and only half waxed. She wouldn’t listen to me when I told her the wax was too hot and it was burning my skin, and that she shouldn’t wax the area more than twice. My skin is damaged after this.

Katy is super nice and she is attentive to details. I was very sweaty (thank you heatwave!) but she took all the time needed to get my waxing done perfectly. The room is also super clean. I will come back and can only recommend!
