Unfortunately my visit was cancelled one hour before my appointment...I have had received a text message with apologies and I simply don't know what will happen with my booking!!!!! Very very disappointed!!!! I have been waiting for two weeks to have this treatment and everything was cancelled with one text message!!!

I traveled from Manchester to London on a last minute trip and I contacted the Beauty Marble Arch which, despite it was fully booked for the 2 next weeks, has managed to squeeze me in the busy schedule to please me, knowing I don't go to London very often.. Beyond that, I appreciated the high kindness and professionalism of Marta, who takes time to explain you everything and make you feel comfortable. Now, I look forward to seeing the results :)
