Elnara is always happy and friendly while remaining professional and polite at all time, answering all my questions and reassuring me when needing. She is a credit to the salon, and I always ask to see her for my appointment if possible which so far it has been possible thanks to her and also Anna, the lovely lady in charge of te reception at the Kensington salon. They always try to accommodate me and finding a suitable time and day for my next appointment which is appreciated as I come from far away to attend my appointment.
It is only the 3rd session but can slowly see some results already.
