My make-up got so many compliments and i felt like a princess all day – i dont think i have ever looked so flawless! The morning was so relaxing both Mum and i felt like we were in the company of friends and it set the tone for the rest of the day. Thankyou so much for the care and attention we got.
I went here for a highlight and cut package. I loved thE cut but the highlights dont seem to visible at all. I asked for t section highlights but the number strikes done is very similar and my friends didn't seem to notice at all that I have got highlights done.
I was running late and staff were very understandable. There was no conversation whatsoever and my stylist just asked what blonde I wanted golden or ash. I thought there would be more of a conversation with samples to discuss this. It seemed the only reason this is asked is to see what toner they will use. The toner costs an Extra £20 on top of your voucher so beware.
Whole experience felt rushed and hair colourist was uninterested. The colour was nice but 4 weeks in has faded as toner is washed out.
Great experience and really good value. I had half head of highlights, cut, treatment and blow dry deal. Sean did a very good job, he was attentive and professional, I enjoyed the end result. I will definitely recommend the venue and Sean to my friends.
Nail filing not particularly good! I pay a lot of attention to nail shape and the service disappointed me in this respect...
