They cancel my appointment only couple hours ahead, and don't seem to care over the phone.
I got friend's wedding coming up so I booked full eyelash extension treatment for midday today. They gave me a call and cancel it only couple of hours before the appointment. When I ask whether I could do it on next day, they said next available date is Friday even though I kept saying I can't because I will be aboard (for my friend's wedding), in the end they said give them a call after my holiday. I feel that they just don't care about me (as a customer).
It is pretty unfair to cancel my appointment without finding suitable alternative time for me. Extremely disappointed!!
Went to the Beauty and Melody today with the Group on voucher for the highlights and the haircut .Was very pleased with the service and the quality of job. Finally found the place where I pay the money with knowledge that I won't leave the salon with tears of disappointment.
Ps: Just incase,the girl who amazingly have done my hair is Jevgenia:O)

Great blowdry, fully trust them, wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely staff, very efficient and my looked brilliant. Highly recommend this place
