This would have been quite a lovely experience if it wasn't for the staff! Such a shame.
Initially, I tried calling ahead of the booking, got either no response or was put through to voicemail. Once I finally got through I was put on hold for '2 minutes', 5 minutes later still no answer. When we finally got there the receptionist was rude, abrupt and spent most of her time on her personal phone and didn't bother to give us any instructions on what to do. Very poor customer service!
We arrived a little late so our massage was cut short - that's okay, it was our fault. The massages we did haven were really enjoyable and the rest of the facilities were alright too (through small and the jacuzzi was taken over by a hen do). The locker room is TINY! And there is a £3 charge for robes and slippers.
Another member of staff was on reception after we came out from our massage and she was very friendly and helpful, but we didn't see much of her.

The jacuzzi had dirty water with hairs floating in it, the "spa" itself is basically a small dank room with a wet floor, the shower doesn't work well and there is no space to relax without bumping in to other people. The sauna and steam room were adequate but small. The staff looked bored and tired, were talking amongst themselves, not keeping the space clean or tidy, and made the whole experience unpleasant. Another customer complained about her massage being 20 instead of 30min, and not a single staff member apologised or even acknowledged her (very valid) complaint. Terrible customer service. There was also samba-style music blaring throughout, which is hardly relaxing. The masseuse was nice and the massage was ok, but I've had much better. Would steer completely clear of this one.

I came here for a full body scrub and my only complaint is that it didnt last long enough. it was sooooooo relaxing I could've done it for another 10 hours lol. the lady who took care of me really did a great job and I enjoyed it thoroughly!! the jacuzzi was lovely as were the other facilities. The steam room is a little too hot but overall I had a relaxing beautiful afternoon!

The spa experience and treatment was okay as you get what you pay for, however I most definitely would not pay full price nor return here. Firstly, I was called to rearrange my appointment as it was not "convenient" for them even though they offered me the time a week beforehand. Secondly, they was running half an hour late. Thirdly, the spa is TINY, there was too many people so not enough seats either. The treatment was good itself however, I was not happy with the customer service. I was even offered a drink after my treatment (after an hour or so of being there) and did not receive the drink so had to ask myself and they did not even have still water, fruit juice nor milk for teas etc.
