The spa is very small. However, the space has been utilised well to incorporate a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and limited relaxation seating areas. The staff were friendly and I had a good experience having a body exfoliating treatment.

I'm really disappointed with the OPI Gel manicure I got. The girl who did it was very nice but everything else was to a really low standard. I picked a colour but after two layers we had to take it all off and start again because apparently the nail polish quality was bad. But the other colour wasn't a success either - when I got home I saw that it was completely uneven and very rough around the edges. The nail filing wasn't done very well either.
The ambiance isn't great as there's a very small space for nails - the main part is a steam and sauna area which is very loud and dark. Wouldn't recommend at all. For nails, at least! The group of ladies having a sauna experience seemed to be having a great time.

I had the body scrub and it was excellent and the masseuse was professional and good. I would suggest a warm towel rub down before starting the treatment as the scrub is a bit rough on completely dry skin.The spa facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to ask staff not to use the used towels to wipe the spa floors before they are put in the laundry hamper.
