When my wife and her friend was there some of the spa facilities was not working, they was very limited in what they can do. The customer service was poor, they lift my wife and her friend alone most of the time and only spoke to the when something was wrong and the staff was not help in resolving the issues or give good alternative. My wife and her friend did not received the relaxing experience that I paid for.
