The spa itself is quite new, however everything including steamroom, jacuzzi, reception, waiting area and mani pedi station is in one open and very tight space.
When we arrived, there were clearly too many people in the spa as we didn't even have where to sit.
Changing rooms are very small - max 2people would feel comfortable there.
If they wouldn't allow that many people at the time, I think people would enjoy their time much more.
The spa is nice enough, but absolutely tiny. When we arrived (on a Saturday afternoon) there were 4 other couples in the space - already a squeeze as the whole spa area is contained in one room. Then a large group of women arrived, and the space was far too small - we left immediately.
The massage itself however was lovely, if you were just going for that (rather than the spa experience) then it was worth the money.
A tiny spa with no privacy. Work men could see you "relax" in the spa whilst they worked away. A jacuzzi so small it's hard to fit more than 3 people. Pretty miserable staff ( except the lady who gave me a massage - she was lovely!)
The changing room was AWFUL. No ventilation, no shower, hard to fit more than 2 bodies. It was filthy with hair and water all over and I was given a robe with holes in it - no apology when I highlighted this to staff
All in all not worth it as it's tiny, crowded no privacy and facilities are not up to scratch vs. All the other places I've been to. Not the most relaxing place to enjoy a birthday treat. Actively avoid this place - you'll thank me later!
