Sania was very nice and wanted to do a thorough job, BUT she had a cold (I hope that’s all it was), and although she was wearing gloves for the treatment, she sneezed a few times into the gloves and didn’t change them before continuing with the treatment. I was concerned about the hygiene practices to be honest. I feel bad as she seemed a nice person but she should have washed her hands and changed her gloves.
