The treatment was given in a cramped and shabby room, with no sense of luxury. That is OK for the price. However, the radio was left on in the main room next door and no relaxing massage music was played in the treatment room. The room was cold and no blankets or towels were placed over me. The lighting was harsh and cold. The worst thing though was that the phone kept ringing and ringing and left unanswered throughout the treatment! The actual massage work was 'OK' and lasted 20 mins.
