Perfectly friendly. Cold room (although apologised and put heater on after) , more painful than usual.. (did not get me to move positions or stretch skin which usually helps.. plus wax was extremely hot - did mention this but I’m not sure she believed me.. she did keep checking if I was ok though). I reckon the salon are great at nails and maybe that’s more their specialty.
