I had a new manicurist and the quality of my shellac nails wasn't great - nails weren't shaped and the polish is streaky and doesn't go to the edges of the nail. However all the staff were lovely as always and I enjoyed my visit despite the slightly disappointing treatment!

Very pleasant last minute massage, checked several times if the pressure was ok. Offered coffee beforehand and water afterwards. Asked me to complete a short form to check for illnesses etc and on the reverse, to capture treatments received - this is not usual when receiving a massage through a ThreatWell partner and it adds a layer of welcome professionalism. I'd recommend this place and next time I will ask for more pressure.
