I had gel polish put on somewhere else, and was made to feel like a leper!! No attempt at conversation was made after it was established that I hadn’t gone there to have my nails done, and it just felt awkward. It should be made clearer on the booking. I’ve realised on reading back that it says ‘only BOTB applied’ and that means they don’t like taking off other people’s polish. Overall, really poor customer service, wont be going back.
