Unfortunately this is the second time the guy cut my finger so much it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I don’t think it was Ken - I specifically asked for Ken to avoid this guy and again I got the same one that cut me last time. I told the manager (I think he’s the manager) he just said he will make sure doesn’t happen again and took £5 off my treatment - to be honest I didn’t even want to pay for manicure as it hurt me so much. Not sure if I will return as my experience was ruined
