This is the second time I haven’t had the staff member I booked with, the last time it was fine but this time I felt the Biab was rushed, it’s very thick so looks very lumpy & the nail tips are not covered correctly, which is a shame as when I do get the right staff member the Biab is excellent. Luke is very nice but I don’t think he has enough experience.
