They work well and I really like my nails, just felt a lack of openness from the staff and they were cordial but none too friendly. My concerns about my nails felt a bit brushed off but maybe I just didn’t express properly my concerns with my nails being very brittle. Didn’t even get introduced to who was doing my nails
