I’ve been coming for 1.5 years but noticed a pattern recently of appointments being very delayed (20+ mins) without any explanation or apology. Totally understandable to happen sometimes but not every time unfortunately. Will not be returning again.

I booked to be with Luu and for some reason it was changed which I’m really disappointed about as I travelled all the way from my home in Croydon to get my nails done here as recommended from a friend. The girl was lovely but the work is not good. The gel is thick, clumpy and surface is not level. It’s bumpy. However I’m more disappointed that my technician was changed without my knowledge until I got there
