Usually have a great experience but this was a little sore when the BiAB was being removed and I haven’t experienced that with any other member of the team. Nails looked good when finished.

Had a different member of the team the last couple of times I have been and they aren’t as gentle as the others. As a result, the filing can be a little painful at times. Once the prep is done, all is great and the nails look good.
