Didn't turn up. Apparently, didn't check her system to know I was booked in. Didn't offer a rebook, I had to ask. After that, I thought sod it and I'll try and book someone else. Did not seem professional at all. Initially booked in at 5 pm. By half 5 no one turned up so I called her. Very unprofessional.
